Case 17 History ---- The patient is a 59 year old man with weakness and presyncope. Operative procedure: Intraoperative MRI for craniotomy tumor excision. ---- 17A1-3 An MRI from 8/2016 shows a 2.8 cm mass in the left frontal lobe with FLAIR hyperintensity (17A1), no enhancement on T1-weighted scan with contrast (17A2) and T2 hyperintensity (17A3).
