Routine H&E stains showed infiltrating oligodendroglioma round, irregular nuclei with crisp nuclear membrane and perinuclear halos. The tumor cells form secondary structures around neurons and blood vessels. Mitotic activity is not increased (< 1/10HPF). Microvascular proliferation and necrosis are not identified.
