Case 3 History ---- The patient is a 31-year-old man with a several month history of headaches of increasing severity and recent seizures with left sided weakness. Subsequent MRI shows a large lesion involving the right frontal lobe. The lesion measures 5 x 4.5 x 5 cm, Operative procedure: Right frontal craniotomy for tumor biopsy and resection with use of intraoperative MRI. ---- 3A1 MRI studies show marked hyperintensity on FLAIR scan.
