Case 10 History ---- The patient is a 54 year old man with a right frontal non-enhancing tumor. Operative procedure: Craniotomy. ---- 10A1-6 Sections reveal an oligodendroglioma with a focal microcystic growth pattern, nuclear pleomorphism, increased mitotic activity (11 mitoses/10HPF) and deletions of 1p/19q. There is no evidence of microvascular proliferation and there is no necrosis.
