KI-67 confirms brisk proliferative activity. ---- Not shown: p53 faintly stains scattered tumor nuclei and ATRX shows retained nuclear expression. ---- Comment: The genetic and histologic features are diagnostic of an oligodendroglial tumor. The presence of microvascular proliferation and brisk cell division warrant the WHO grade III designation.
