Case 13 History ---- The patient is a 72 year old man was difficult to arouse after sleep and was found to have a mass on a CT at an outside hospital. MRI shows a large (7.1 cm) right frontal lobe mass with patchy areas of enhancement and is T2 hyperintense. There is local mass effect and subfalcine herniation. Operative procedure: Frontal craniotomy and tumor resection. ---- 13A0 The network of thin vessels are seen and, focally, in this intraoperative smear in particular, there is endothelial hyperplasia
