Case 14 History ---- The patient is a 48 year old woman who presented with seizures and a right frontal lobe mass on an MRI showed a large infiltrative T1 hypointense and T2 hyperintense mass centered in the anterior/superior right frontal lobe. Operative procedure: IMRI craniotomy for tumor removal. ---- 14A1-6 Sections show an infiltrative oligodendroglioma with satelliting of neurons, perivascular and subpial growth with elevated mitotic rates focally reaching 14/10HPF. There are a few minute foci of necrosis. (H&E)
