The majority of the tumor cells are mildly pleomorphic with mostly round to oval vesicular nuclei and prominent peri nuclear halos in many areas. Some areas contain pleomorphic cells and exhibit increased numbers of mitotic figures. Mitoses are easily found in the hypercellular areas with up to 4 mitoses identified in single HPF, reaching a count of ~12/10 HPF.
