Case 21 History ---- The patient is a 37 year old woman with a clinical complaint of tonic-clonic seizures in 12/96. MRI revealed a right frontal lobe lesion with extension into corpus callosum. Clinical diagnosis: Brain tumor. Operative procedure: Resection. ---- 21A1 The neurosurgical specimen shows the cortical surface with expanded gyri.
