Case 22 History ---- The patient is a 52-year-old woman presenting with cognitive issues for 1 year with worsening in the last month and motor symptoms concerning for seizure at OSH ER with imaging showing a large left frontal T2 FLAIR hyperintense mass with minimal enhancement concerning for high grade glioma. Operative procedures: IMRI Left frontal craniotomy for tumor excision. ---- 22A1-4 H&E stained sections show a markedly cellular, diffusely infiltrative oligodendroglial glioma. There are foci of marked hypercellularity and greater pleomorphism. In the hypercellular areas, there is rare incipient microvascular proliferation. Mitoses are brisk, up to 7/10HPF. There is no definitive necrosis.
