Case 25 History ---- The patient is a 67-year-old man who presented to an OSH with headache, left arm and leg weakness over several years which appeared to worsen over the last several months. MRI showed an enhancing mass centered in the right medial frontal periventricular white matter. Operative procedure: Right craniotomy for excision of tumor. ---- 25A1-4 H&E stained sections show an oligodendroglial neoplasm with nuclear anaplasia, mitotic activity to 8/10 HPF and microvascular proliferation without necrosis.
