Ki67 staining shows a variable proliferation rate focally up to ~20% (B2). ---- FISH studies showed evidence of 1p19q co-deletion. The collective morphological, immunohistochemical and cytogenetic features are consistent with a diagnosis of anaplastic oligodendroglioma, WHO grade 3.
