Ki-67 highlights a proliferation index up to ~10%. ---- Fluorescence in situ hybridization shows the tumor is 1p19q deleted ---- Comment: The collective findings support the "integrated" diagnosis: Anaplastic oligodendroglioma, IDH1 (p.R132H) positive by immunohistochemistry, 1p/19q co-deleted, WHO Grade 3. The tumor warrants a grade 3 designation by virtue of mitotic count (>6 mitoses/10HPF).
