Case 3 History ---- The patient is a 46 year old man who was found down at home and was transferred to BJH for evaluation. He had myoglobinuria secondary to rhabdomyolysis as well as a left frontal lobe tumor. MRI showed an ill-defined infiltrative left frontal lobe mass with surrounding edema and mass effect. It has heterogeneous enhancement. Operative procedure: Awake craniotomy with resection of the left frontal tumor. ---- 3A1,2 The T2-weighted image is hyperintense as seen in axial (3A1) and coronal sections (3A2)
