Case 7 History ---- The patient is a 39 year old man with a long history of mixed oligoastrocytoma who is now status post radiation therapy, gross total resection, and chemotherapy. He recently developed right upper extremity weakness and increased seizure activity involving the right side. MRI shows a large, infiltrative, hemorrhagic left frontal lobe lesion with heterogeneous enhancement. Operative procedure: Awake stealth craniotomy for debulking and resection of tumor. ---- 7A1,2 This T1-weighted scan with applied contrast shows a hyperintense mass with enhancement.
