7B1-4 Most of the tumor cells have round nuclei with speckled chromatin and a perinuclear halo. Other portions of the tumor have more densely arranged tumor cells with less cytoplasm. Other areas are dominated by mini-gemistocytes. ---- 7B1 The intraoperative smear shows a typical chicken-wire vasculature; however, other areas have hypercellular nodes that are proliferative.
