This recurrent glial neoplasm has moderate cellularity, arranged in a vague perivascular pseudo-rosetted architecture. The tumor cells have abundant fibrillary eosinophilic cytoplasm, round to oval nuclei with mostly sharp nuclear membranes and frequent nucleoli.
