3B3-6 This is a moderately hypercellular glial neoplasm with relatively uniform histological features. Generally densely packed, the tumor cells have small atypical round to ovoid nuclei and modest-to-moderate amounts of eosinophilic or pale cytoplasm, with occasional discernable polygonal cell borders. Rare cells exhibit one or two larger nuclei. (H&E)
