3G IHC for proliferation marker Ki-67 stains only a small subset of 1.4% of tumor nuclei in most areas, depicted is the most proliferative region. (Ki67 IHC) ---- Ancillary data (not shown): No reactivity is observed for epithelial membrane antigen (EMA), podoplanin (D2-40) or for BRAF V600E. ---- FISH analysis showed evidence for an increase in the number of copies of the 7q34 FISH probe target site, but no evidence for BRAF gene rearrangement. ---- Molecular profiling showed: FgFR2 FGFR2-DACH fusion, equivocal CDK6 amplification, HGF amplification and RICTOR amplification Microsatellite status MS-stable.
