Case 14 History ---- The patient is a 36 year old man who presented with seizures. He has a superficial lesion of the right parietal and temporal lobes with a small enhancing nodule. Operative procedure: Excision. ---- 14A1,2 The neoplasm is composed of large, atypical cells with irregular nuclei and abundant, focally xanthomatous cytoplasm. Mitotic figures are infrequent. There is no evidence of vascular proliferation, or necrosis.
