Case 2 History ---- The patient is a 33 year old man with an enhancing mass involving the superomedial right frontal lobe and having solid and cystic components. Operative procedure: Resection. ---- 2A1 PXA are often superficial in the cerebral hemispheres and may have relatively sharp borders with surrounding parenchyma or extend along Virchow-Robin spaces.
