Case 5 History ---- History: The patient is a 13 year old girl with a right frontal lobe lesion. Operative procedure: Craniotomy. Operative findings: Right frontal lobe mass that appears distinct from the brain and partially attached to the dura. ---- 5A1-4 Sections of the right frontal lobe lesion show a neoplasm composed of numerous small round and spindled cells admixed with markedly pleomorphic, often multinucleated large cells (H&E).
