11B2 SEGA, in TS (Case 11) H&E 21
11B2-6 Images show a cellular neoplasm composed of spindled cells as well as of fascicles and occasional sheets of cells with round to oval nuclei with finely stippled chromatin and occasional prominent nucleoli. The tumor cells have plentiful eosinophilic, glassy cytoplasm with a paracentral nucleus. Occasional atypical and binucleated forms are seen.
