1B3-5 The tumor is composed of sheets of epithelioid to spindled tumor cells arranged in lobules and in "sweeping fascicles." The tumor cells show abundant glassy cytoplasm and large vesicular nuclei. Scattered multinucleated tumor cells are seen.
