Case 20 History ---- The patient is a 19-year-old female who initially presented with headache and emesis and was found to have a 2.6 x 2.0 x 2.8 cm cystic and solid enhancing mass within the lateral ventricle. Operative procedure: Left excisional biopsy. ---- 20A1-5 MRI studies ---- This axial FLAIR study shows the large variably hyperintense intraventricular mass with cystic and solid components.
