7B4,5 The tumor cells are spindled to epithelioid or gemistocyte-like and contain moderate to abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm with vesicular nuclei. There is mild to moderate pleomorphism within the tumor cells; however, mitoses are difficult to find and necrosis is not evident.
