Case 14 History 2 tumors in one ---- The patient was a 70 year old woman with past medical history of intracranial meningioma (2013) and MRI examination 11 months later showed two enhancing masses in the region of the fourth ventricle. The patient underwent resection of a fourth ventricular tumor via suboccipital approach at an OSH. The neurosurgeon's operative summary describes subtotal resection of a single lesion in the left lateral recess at the fourth ventricle, with apparent origin from the floor of the fourth ventricle.
