H&E stained sections prepared from specimen #2 show a neoplasm with moderate to high cellularity. Most of the tumor cells have round to oval nuclei, finely granular chromatin, and long cytoplasmic processes that form vague rosettes, prominent pseudorosettes and canals in many areas.
