The tumor cells are diffusely positive for GFAP. ---- EMA highlights rare paranuclear dot-like reactivity. Synaptophysin and NeuN are negative. D2-40 has a high background and shows both nuclear, cytoplasmic, and paranuclear dot-like reactivity in a subset of tumor cells. Ki-67 highlights a proliferative index of < 1%.
