Case 9 History ---- This patient was a 47 year old right-handed man with onset of headaches approximately six to eight months prior to presentation associated with dizziness. . There is no nausea, vomiting, no diplopia or blurry vision, weakness, numbness, seizures, changes in mentation, dysphasia or aphasia. Operative procedure: Posterior fossa craniotomy for resection of tumor. ---- 9A1,2 MRI examination revealed a mass within the fourth ventricle (arrow, 9A1) as shown by a T1-weighted image (9A1) which enhances with gadolinium (9A2).
