Case 14 History ---- The patient was a 39 year old man with left upper and left lower extremity weakness. MRI of the brain showed a contrast enhancing dural based extra-axial mass. CT of the chest shows a spiculated right upper lobe mass. Operative procedure: Right frontal craniotomy with tumor resection.
