There is a mild degree of diffuse leptomeningeal cloudiness at the base of the brain where the course of the cranial nerves and vessels are somewhat obscured. The leptomeninges appear to be opacified, thickened and tightly adherent in the area surrounding the vessels, particularly deep within the sylvian fissures.
