2C1,2 The malignant cells stain positive for CK7 (shown) and Napsin A, with focal nuclear expression of TTF-1. CK20, GATA3 and Melan A are negative, while the CD45 stain highlights background small lymphocytes. These findings are consistent with metastasis of the patient’s known lung adenocarcinoma.
