(H&E) ---- The morphologic features of the carcinomatous meningitis and brain metastasis found in the current examination are morphologically similar to those seen in this patient's recent nephrectomy specimen containing a high-grade renal cell carcinoma with eosinophilic change and sarcomatoid features.
