6A2,3 The leptomeninges show focal cloudiness, predominantly over the cerebellar hemispheres (right > left). The cerebellar hemispheres are full and equal in size. Radial sections of the cerebellum show normal foliar architecture; however there are three discrete firm tan lesions; two involving the right cerebellar hemisphere.
