8B1,2 Immunohistochemical stains were performed to further characterize the origin of the lesion. PSAP (8A1) and PSA (8A2) show patchy strong cytoplasmic positivity in the tumor cells. Prostein immunostain is diffusely but weakly positive in the lesional cells.
