Case 9 History ---- The patient was a 59-year-old woman who presented with status epilepticus. Her past medical history was significant for breast carcinoma (status post right lumpectomy in 2007) and clipping of a left posterior communicating artery aneurysm in 1999. On imaging, an enhancing right fronto-temporal dural based mass was noted. Operative procedure: Right frontotemporal craniotomy for resection of dural based tumor.
