Case 10 History ---- 10A The tumor consists of cells that show oval shaped nuclei with condensed chromatin and prominent nucleoli in some of the nuclei, intranuclear inclusions, and frequently vacuolated or cytoplasm with clearing with well-defined cell borders. Tumor necrosis is present, and areas show vague glandular structures.
