Case 13 History ---- The patient is a 25-year-old woman with MEN IIB syndrome, status post thyroidectomy in 1996 with a diagnosis of medullary thyroid carcinoma, classical type. MRI (01/2016) showed 2.5 cm heterogeneously enhancing lesion in the right cerebellum with mild surrounding edema. Operative procedure: Right suboccipital craniotomy for tumor resection. ---- 13A1,2 These scans are T1-weighted without (13A1) and with contrast (13A2) showing enhancement.
