Case 23 ----23A The neoplasm is composed of sheets of neoplastic cells with clear cytoplasm and nuclei with mildly atypical features. They focally form acinar structures. Admixed capillaries and vessels of various sizes are also present. Large areas of necrosis are identified. Scattered mitotic figures are present. A small amount of adjacent neuroglial tissue shows astrocytosis.
