Case 33 History ---- The patient is a 67-year-old man with known renal cell carcinoma metastasis to spine. ---- 33A The tumor cells are arranged in a lobulated pattern separated by thin fibrovascular cores and are composed of clear vacuolated cytoplasm with bland vesicular nuclei and micronucleoli in few areas. Mitoses are uncommon.
