Case 35 History ---- The patient is a 60-year-old man with a clinical history of renal cell carcinoma, status post nephrectomy 1995, who presents in 2014 with a mass lesion within the T4 and T5 vertebral body. Operative procedure: Posterior T4-T5 decompression. ---- 35A Metastatic tumor to the T4-5 vertebral body.
