Case 36 History ---- The patient is a 65-year-old man with a cerebellar tumor. Operative procedure: resection. ---- 36A Sections show tumor cells arranged into nests with a surrounding fine capillary network, punctuated by scattered areas of necrosis. These tumor cells are pleomorphic, with prominent nucleoli and clear cytoplasm.
