39B Metastasis, renal cell CA (Case 39) CD10
39B,C Immunostains show the tumor cells are diffusely and strongly positive for CD10 (39B) and focally positive for RCC (39C). The tumor cells are negative for inhibin, which is usually positive in hemangioblastoma. The morphology, immunophenotype and prior history of renal cell carcinoma (Fuhrman nuclear grade 3-4/4) are consistent with metastatic renal cell carcinoma.
