The tumor cells are strongly reactive for the nuclear thyroid transcription factor (TTF-1). ---- Not Shown: The tumor is pancytokeratin and cytokeratin 7 immunoreactive; they do not react with cytokeratin 20 immunostain. The staining pattern is consistent with primary lung carcinoma.
