46B1,2 A limited panel of immunostains was performed which showed strong, diffuse Napsin-A (46B1) and TTF-1 (46B2) immunoreactivities. P40 is positive in rare cells and the cytokeratin is CK7+/C20-. The histology is compatible with an adenocarcinoma, and the immunophenotype supports metastasis from the patient's known lung primary.
