Case 4 History ---- The patient is a 54-year-old man with a history of metastatic prostate adenocarcinoma (Gleason grade 5+4) diagnosed in 2010. He presents with a 1 week history of lower extremity weakness and numbness, and difficulty walking. Operative procedure: Posterior lumbar fusion and T3 decompression ---- 4A1,2 The tumor is present as lobules and glands. Tumor cells are composed of nests of cells with abundant clear to eosinophilic cytoplasm, pleomorphic nuclei, and prominent nucleoli. Numerous mitotic figures are present.
