TTF1 is strongly immunoreactive in the well differentiated portion of the neoplasm but relatively less in the poorly differentiated giant cell areas. ---- Comment: Given the patient's history of a right paratracheal mass, the histomorphology and immunohistochemical profiles are suggestive of a giant cell carcinoma of the lung.
