Case 54 History ---- The patient is a 56-year-old woman presented with cognitive decline and unstable walking for one year. MRI (5/2021) showed multiple intra-axial masses with mixed cystic and enhancing solid components. The patient was treated with resection of a left-sided temporoparietal mass. ---- 54A1-3 The tumor is a metastatic adenocarcinoma arranged in cystic, glandular and cribriform patterns and exhibits prominent mucinous features and tumor necrosis. The surrounding brain parenchyma exhibits mild astrocytosis and is sharply demarcated from tumor.
