57B,C Immunohistochemical stains show that the tumor cells are positive for Napsin-A (57B), TTF1 (57C) and cytokeratin 7 (not shown), while negative for cytokeratin 20. This morphology and immunophenotype are consistent with the diagnosis of metastatic adenocarcinoma of lung primary.
